We want you to be satisfied with the digital services you buy from Digietalservicos. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-21.

No physical returns

Our services are delivered in person or remotely, and nothing is shipped. So there are no physical products to return.

Instead, eligible purchases can be refunded as described below.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
